Hertfordshire
Our home county, and where we work in most depth — bespoke homes, replacement dwellings and land, across the towns and villages between London and the Hertfordshire countryside.
Book a consultationHertfordshire
Hertfordshire is where we know the ground best. The commuter-belt towns and villages between London and open country — St Albans, Harpenden, Hitchin, Hertford and the places around them — are full of the sites we're built for: tired houses on generous plots, large gardens with development potential, and conservation areas where design matters more than almost anywhere.
It's also a county under real housing pressure. Several districts — St Albans among the most acute, at barely over one year of housing land supply — cannot demonstrate a five-year supply, which genuinely shapes what a well-argued scheme can achieve on the right site. That planning reality, read correctly, is often where the value is.
Local knowledge
We hold real, dated local knowledge on the county's core towns — the five-year housing land supply position, the local plans and the character that decides consent — rather than generic regional claims. It's the difference between a scheme that scrapes through and one that adds real value.

Questions
Yes. Hertfordshire is one of our core areas — we design, build and finish bespoke homes, handle knock-down-and-rebuild and self-build, and work with landowners across the towns and villages within it. Tell us where your plot or site is and we'll give you an honest early read.
We work across Hertfordshire — Radlett, St Albans, Harpenden, Hertford, Berkhamsted, Rickmansworth and the surrounding areas. If your town isn't listed, ask — our service area is wider than the pages we've built out.
Yes. As well as building for private clients, we acquire small residential sites and partner with landowners — with or without planning. See sell your land or the land value estimator for an early indication.
