The approach

What bespoke new homes means with Elizabeth Homes.

A bespoke new home starts with the design, not a pattern book. We shape a home around your plot, its setting and the way you live — then build it with the same team that drew it, so nothing is lost between the drawing board and the site.

It suits people who own, or are buying, a plot and want one accountable team for the whole: architecture, construction and interiors, drawn and built to sit naturally in its place.

How it works

Three stages, one team.

01

Design

Working with our architects and engineers, we shape a home around your site and how you live — considered in plan, proportion and detail before a brick is laid.

02

Build

We deliver with our own trusted trades and a single point of accountability, choosing materials for how they age — not just how they look on a brochure.

03

Interiors

Every home can be specified, styled and finished by our in-house interior design partner, so the same eye shapes the architecture and the rooms within it.

What's included

What we handle.

Designed for the plot

Architecture considered for its site and setting — proportion, light and detail — rather than pulled from a standard type.

One team, drawn to built

The people who design your home also build it, with a single point of accountability from first sketch to final finish.

Finished, not framed

Interiors and detailing handled in-house, so the home is delivered complete and coherent.

Why Elizabeth Homes

Experience you can build on.

01

One accountable team

Design, build and delivery under a single point of responsibility — no gaps between drawing and building for cost, time or quality to leak away.

02

Two decades of experience

Led by a developer with twenty years bringing residential schemes forward across London and the South East — the hard parts of land, planning, funding and delivery already learned.

03

Built to last

We choose our sites carefully and specify materials for how they age. Homes that honour the past, and hold the future — not built to a price point alone.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need to own a plot first?

Not necessarily. We work with clients who already own a plot or house, and with those still searching — our site-finding service can help you secure the right plot before we design on it.

Will you manage the planning application?

Yes. We lead the strategy, commission and coordinate the specialists, and manage the application through to a consent that adds real value.

Can you work in a conservation area?

Yes. Much of our work is in sensitive settings — we design to respect local character, which is often the difference between consent and refusal.

How long does a project take?

A bespoke home typically runs from initial design to completion over a year or more, depending on planning and scale. We give a realistic programme at the outset and hold to it.
