We build a small number of carefully-chosen homes rather than estates at scale — the kind of homes people actually want to live in.
Every Elizabeth Homes development starts with the site: what it can take, how a home should sit in it, and how it will feel to live there. We favour traditional proportions and quality materials that age well, and we hold the same standard whether it's a single house or a handful of them. Behind it is more than two decades in residential development across London and the South East — from small sites to large-scale regeneration — so a scheme is judged not just on how it looks, but on whether it's viable and deliverable, from first appraisal through to the day the keys are handed over.
Current development
A single, bespoke family home in the conservation area of Widford, Hertfordshire — with a retained willow tree at the front and a retained orchard garden at the rear, from which it takes its name. Drawn to sit quietly in its setting, using local materials and traditional proportions, and delivered with the care we would give a project ten times its size.
