Working with our in-house interiors team — experienced across high-end residential throughout London and the South East — we produce a detailed specification that covers absolutely everything: the structure and floor joists, the roof covering, the windows and doors, the wall and floor tiling, the joinery and cabinetry, the sanitaryware and brassware, the heating and lighting, right down to the finishes and ironmongery. It's all chosen, detailed and costed before we start.

Our long-standing relationships with leading trade suppliers mean we secure the best products at the best value — and going through the design this carefully often uncovers savings, and smarter layouts, you'd otherwise miss.

Getting the layout right before a brick is laid matters too: how the rooms connect, how light moves through the day, and how you'll really live in the home.
